Job Description
What You Will Do
- Manage the executives calendar, appointments and meetings
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations and reports
- Handle personal tasks, errands, and administrative duties
- Organize and maintain files, records and correspondence
- Assist in managing events, conferences and related functions
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support HR and office administrative tasks

Ideal Candidates
