Part‑Time Personal Assistant

Commitment of 3 days a week

– $15/hr (Office)

$12/hr (WFH)

• Maintain and provide secretarial support for the Consultants’ daily schedule, including forward planning of their workload and diary management
• Assist in HR related matters
• Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned
• You will also be assisting with projects

• Minimum Local Diploma
• Undergrads are welcomed
• Age 21 and above
• No experience needed (Training will be provided)
• Able to work in fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable with multi‑tasking
• Be a team player
• Possess good communication skills
• Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office
