KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personal Assistant Duties
β’ Assist director with personal matters, errands, bookings, appointment and related administrative requirements.
β’ Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
β’ Ensure timely follow-up and reminders for both professional and personal commitments.
β’ Attend meetings and appointments with the Director and other Executive.
β’ Take minutes, capture key discussion points, and track follow-ups.
β’ Represent the Director or other Executive professionally in interactions with partners, clients, or vendors.
β’ Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
β’ Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
β’ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
β’ Perform other duties as and when assigned
