Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal assistant support
- Issue invoices and manage documentation
- Arrange meetings and schedules
- Handle email correspondence and general coordination
- Conduct cold calling and client follow-ups
- Support daily office operations and ad hoc duties
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Prior admin or PA experience is an advantage
