Job Responsibilities
Coordinate day-today operational activities
Travel to meet tenants for inspections, handovers, or issue resolution
Ensure smooth property or business operations
Send follow-up messages and manage tenant communication
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Chinese (mandatory)
Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (added advantage)
Basic computer skills and data organization
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
Must have own transportation
