We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Managing Director of Stagecoach South West. Based at our Exeter office, this is a pivotal role at the heart of our regional leadership team, and a great opportunity to work at the centre of a business that keeps the South West moving.

You'll be the MD's trusted right hand, managing diaries, coordinating travel, preparing briefings, and making sure every day runs smoothly. You'll handle sensitive information with discretion, build strong relationships across the business, and be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
