Salary: Up to $3500

Working Day: 5.25 days (Office hours)

Location: Macpherson

• Manage billing processes, including invoicing, credit notes and payment follow-ups.
• Post receipts and payments and perform monthly journal entries.
• Verify supplier pricing and invoices including letters of credit management.
• Coordinate customs duties, permit declarations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the warehouse / logistics field preferred.
• Minimum diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is highly advantageous.
