Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support permit, license and berth booking operations across the NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Permit and Berth Manager, this role will coordinate permit requests, approvals and operational access activities across public domain, marine and waterfront assets. Working closely with Event Operations, Facilities Management, Helpdesk and HSE teams, you will help ensure safe, compliant and well-coordinated precinct operations within live public environments.
