• This role ensures that all outgoing goods are correctly prepared, packed, and documented, and Courier Guy or customer courier collections are handled efficiently and professionally.

• Manage the flow of customers couriers and courier guy drivers arriving to collect orders.
• Verify customer details, order numbers, and collection documentation against bookings made.
• Ensure correct items are issued to the correct customers, courier or transport provider.
