Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of Connecting the Best in Healthcare. We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established clinic in Union County Oregon.

Your new role:

• AASM accredited sleep facility offering in lab and home sleep monitoring services
• Patients 18 years and older
• Level III NICU
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 12 patients per day, EPIC electronic health record
• No after hour call requirements

What's in the offer:

• Base salary of $147,000
• $20,000 commencement bonus
• Quality bonus up to $15,000 per year
