Parkland Health Careers is seeking a full-time Staff Physician – Internal Medicine to join its innovative Value-Based Care Clinic in Dallas, Texas, serving as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track while providing high-quality, evidence-based, population-centered care and mentoring Internal Medicine residents in a collaborative academic learning environment focused on health equity, quality improvement, and community-centered medicine.

Teaching & Educational Leadership

• Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track
• Supervise Internal Medicine residents in a clinic-based experiential learning environment
• Provide real-time clinical teaching in:
