Job Summary
Responsible for supporting enterprise perimeter security infrastructure, leading incident triage, and restoring critical network services. Acts as a key escalation point for security-related incidents while ensuring network stability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Support and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, load balancers, proxy, DDI, and AAA technologies. Lead major incident triage, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities. Monitor security infrastructure and analyze logs, dashboards, and packet captures. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex network security issues.
