Job Description
$300 K/year
- ABM execution (not just planning)
- Google Ads β full suite incl. PMax
- Linked In account-level targeting
- Attribution setup (UTM + CRM)
- Looker Studio reporting
Strong-to-have
- Reddit Ads β B2 B experience
- Capterra / G2 campaign mgmt
- Big Query for data joins
- C-suite paid performance presentations
- Marketing automation platform exp.
- Master's degree (advantage)
What an A-Player Looks Like in This Role
- Makes budget reallocation decisions with data and defends them confidently when challenged
- Kills campaigns that are not working β does not run them because they are familiar
- Designs tests before launching β does not test retrospectively
- Can explain the difference between an MQL quality problem and a sales follow-up problem, with data to prove which one it is
- Builds ABM programs proactively in coordination with sales β does not wait for sales to hand over account lists
- Communicates CAC trends and...
