We are now looking for a Performance & Reward Manager, Benefits & Well‑being to join our People & Communications team of great colleagues. This is a one‑year fixed‑term assignment due to parental leave. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement KONE’s global strategies for employee benefits, retirement, well‑being and flexible working, ensuring they meet current and future business needs, support internal equity and external competitiveness, and strengthen employee engagement.
