We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale high-performing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Display channels within a fast-paced retail/eCommerce environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on paid media experience, a highly analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive ROAS, optimise conversion performance, and scale campaigns effectively while managing substantial budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Display
• Scale and optimise high-performing campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and efficiency targets
• Manage and optimise large advertising budgets across multiple digital channels
• Analyse and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates
• Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
