As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you aren’t just managing accounts; you are the engine room of our customer acquisition strategy. You will own the full lifecycle of paid traffic—from deep-funnel technical setup and audience architecture to aggressive creative testing and budget scaling. This is a role for a Technical Growth Hacker who obsesses over unit economics and views every dollar of inefficient spend as a personal challenge. Duties and Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Architecture: Design and execute sophisticated multi-channel campaigns across Meta (ASC, Manual Sales, Retargeting) and Google (Search, PMax, YouTube).
• Technical Integrity & Hygiene: Independently manage the plumbing of our marketing—this includes advanced UTM governance, GA4 event configuration, and ensuring pixel health across the site.
