Job Description

The Core Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Own paid performance media strategy and results across EQ Bank Personal and Small Business Banking, with a focus on driving strong ROI and efficient CAC. 
  • Work closely with agency and platform partners to optimize paid media execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms, ensuring performance goals are met. 
  • Partner with agency and platform partners on channel mix, bidding approaches, testing roadmaps, creative strategy, A/B testing and optimization priorities. 
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Product Marketing team to plan and execute go-to-market campaigns, including channel strategy, budgets, KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks. 
  • Act as the primary performance marketing point of contact across internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Analytics) and external agency and platform partners to coordinate timely ad launc...
