Job Description
You'll own Moom's paid media channels end to end β strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting. You'll work closely with the brand and creative teams to turn content into campaigns, and with leadership on channel mix and budget allocation across our markets. Responsibilities Own and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Manage end-to-end campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation Run DCO and systematic A/B testing across ad formats and creatives Brief the content team on performance asset requirements and iterate based on results Own weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear attribution, CAC, and ROAS analysis Manage TikTok Shop campaigns and optimise for conversion Identify funnel drop-off points and collaborate with the brand team on landing page optimisation Monitor and manage spend pacing against monthly and quarterly budgets Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging formats across chann...
