Performance Marketing Manager

About the opportunity

We're hiring on behalf of a Singapore-based consumer wellness brand entering its next chapter as part of the DSG Consumer Partners (DSGCP) portfolio. The brand is a category leader in functional recovery in Singapore — with top selling position in Guardian, plus an established D2C and marketplace footprint. The brand is being relaunched and scaled under new ownership with an experienced CEO and a focused regional expansion plan across Asia over the next 24 months.

You'll be one of the first hires in the new chapter and will own the entire performance and e-commerce growth engine.

What you'll do

• Own paid acquisition. Run and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads. Build and iterate creative testing rhythms. Manage budgets...
