Kcal World is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid growth across multiple brands in our portfolio. This is a high-ownership, hands‑on leadership role with full accountability for performance marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and results.

What You Will Own

• Performance marketing ownership across multiple Kcal World brands
• Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other growth channels
• Direct-response ad strategy and scripting
• End-to-end paid growth strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and scaling
• Customer acquisition, CAC efficiency, and revenue impact
• Budget planning, forecasting, and spend allocation
• A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and landing pages
• Performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
