Role Summary:  We are looking for a Performance Marketing & D2C Website Manager to drive end-to-end digital acquisition, website performance, and customer lifecycle growth. This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, D2C website management, CRM ownership, and team leadership, with a sharp focus on scaling revenue and optimizing user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Acquisition

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and affiliate channels
• Own and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel efficiency
• Lead campaign experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
