Job Description
  • Responsible for SPX Operations OKR - Delivery Time and Delivered SLA Commitment % - handle key stakeholders in lens with SPX delivery standards and performance
  • Identify key metrics to monitor Linehaul, Lastmile and overall E2E performance (responsible for performance from Sorting Center to Customer’s hand)
  • Drive multiple strategic improvement initiatives including develop hypothesis, align stakeholders, generate insights, and determine action plan, ensuring ground level feasibility and scalability
  • Develop monitoring dashboard and management level KPI
  • Identify potential improvement opportunities
  • Actively monitor initiative progress for impact analysis
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders ranges from management to ground level across local and regional offices
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
