Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist the complete performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and probation evaluations.
Conduct performance review and calibration sessions with department heads and HR leadership.
Design and align KPIs using Balanced Scorecard methodology across all organizational levels.
Manage and maintain performance data in HRMS/PMS systems.
Develop KPI dashboards, performance reports, and analytical insights for decision‑making.
Analyze performance trends and identify gaps with improvement recommendations.
Support implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Review and update job descriptions, HR policies, SOPs, and related documentation.
Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on performance management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
