An exciting opportunity for Performance Engineer has arisen to influence and shape the future of the Defence business in India. The roles involve working with business and external stakeholders to support the delivery of key programme milestones thus enabling the delivery of our Defence Combat strategy.

In this role, you will be involved in Gas Turbine Performance, in charge of delivering the thrust or shaft power for a given fuel flow whilst ensuring stable and safe operation throughout the operational envelope. Performance Engineers are responsible within Engineering for the design, prediction and understanding of the steady state and transient behaviour of our products and systems in support of our engine fleet, new products and future programmes.
