The Performance Director leads and sets the strategic direction for the performance program each year and ensure that best in class performance planning, is thoroughly implemented across both the Activations (programmatic media) Team and Business Management Teams. The Performance Director will work closely with the Activations Director, Business Directors & Account Directors to deliver best in class results.
The Performance Director is a key consultant to the client's digital team, acting as a bridge for the work across agency, client's Media Team and Digital Team, building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business goals are achieved. The Performance Director helps to deliver the client's broader digital transformation objectives within the performance program in consultation with the wider OMD digital transformation community & the client.
