Performance Analyst

Purpose of Role

The Performance Analyst will play a critical role in driving data‑led decision‑making across Admissions and Retention. Analogous to a Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) role in finance, this position focuses on commercial and operational performance, using data to evaluate funnel efficiency, channel and campaign performance, conversion outcomes, cohort performance, and customer lifetime value across the student lifecycle.

This role is suited to an analyst with three to five years of experience in a rigorous B2C sales and commercial environment, who brings strong analytical discipline, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to partner closely with commercial teams. The analyst is expected to not only report performance, but to form hypotheses, validate them with data, and translate insights into action, leveraging both traditional BI tools and AI‑enabled analytics workflows.
