You think in CPM, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate. You understand AI creative tools and know how to leverage them to ship cinematic ad concepts.

What You'll Do

• Pull raw performance data from Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads daily
• Concept ad campaigns rooted in performance insight
• Run weekly creative reviews with the founder
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting and generate cinematic scenes
