Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and implement effective execution tools to improve the speed of manufacturing processes and reduce complexity.
- Manage the strategy for establishing a Lean Culture in manufacturing operations.
- Manage information regarding strategy deployment and the execution of annual priorities.
- Lead and support the analysis of value stream maps and value streams for operational and administrative processes.
- Define projects that support the execution of the Strategy Implementation.
- Plan and coordinate cross-functional teams on process improvement projects.
- Plan and schedule KAIZEN events in accordance with annual priorities and critical opportunities.
- Train staff across all areas in lean execution and tools.
- Act as Fromex's representative on the Operational Excellence Committee (OEC) for Emerson Latin America.
