**Preferred Qualifications Education & Experience**:- B.A./B.S. in a technical field such as computer engineering or equivalent experience required- 4+ years relevant working experience preferably working with Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM products- Prior relevant experience in providing technical customer support- Technical experience with working on Application Engines, SQRs, PeopleCode.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug PeopleSoft issues.
