Workday Process Support

• Act as the first-level Workday system support for the PSS team (e.g., troubleshooting process navigation, business process stuck points).

• Execute and manage EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads for mass data transactions (e.g., spot bonuses, job changes, bulk updates).

• Identify recurring Workday adoption challenges and recommend solutions to improve system usability and efficiency.
