Position is responsible for functioning as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures.
Entry level professional position. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Builds collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
*Responsible for employee relations, management consultation and/or benefit plan administration.
*Act as liaison for employees.
