As a People & Payroll Officer, you are a vital link in the human and administrative follow-up of our colleagues. From onboarding to payroll, from managing time registration to organizing events. Your role is versatile and crucial for the smooth operation of the Human Capital Team. In this position, you report to the Payroll & Total Rewards Specialist.
Payroll: You ensure an accurate payroll for our blue-collars in collaboration with our payroll provider, SD Worx. From tracking time registration to processing salary advances and payroll payments, you also handle weekly time tracking of temporary workers.
Absences: You process sick leave and absence certificates, interpreting the law while working closely with the Group Leader to understand the story behind the certificates.
