Job Description
We are hiring a **People Partner/HR Consultant for North Africa, Middle-East and Balkans:**
As an HR Consultant you will be responsible for providing direct consultative and strategic partnering efforts to Country Leaders and Leadership teams to maximize performance of the organization. In case of a senior profile the support could also be extended to another country in South Europe, to be evaluated based on workload and priorities.
The position reports to the People Partner Lead Southern Europe & Africa Commercial Unit.
Location: preferred location Egypt (Cairo), secondary location Serbia (Belgrade). Office-based with flexibility to work from home for 1-2 days per week.
