People Operations Coordinator - 6 month FTC

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team on an initial six-month fixed term contract and help us deliver the best possible experience for everyone at La Fosse. As part of a fast‑paced, growing business, you will play a central role in making sure our People operations are running smoothly and setting the foundations for scale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys improving processes, finding efficiencies, and using systems to create a seamless employee journey. You will be hands‑on with our HRIS, Hibob, and will work closely with the wider People team to ensure everything from onboarding to offboarding is consistent, compliant, and engaging.
