Job Description

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and updating compensation and benefits data, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Support benchmarking exercises and market surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.

  • Contribute to communication materials related to rewards policies and programs.

  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation of compensation and benefits records for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Provide support for other ad‑hoc C&B initiatives and projects as required.

  • Assist in HR data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making.

  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking project progress.
