As Marqeta’s People Business Partner (PBP) – EU/UK, you support Marqeta’s teams in the European region to help build strong regional cultures, navigate day‑to‑day employee situations, and help build the overall Marqetan experience.

The role reports to the Head of Global People Business Partners and is a hybrid position. Employees must be based within 35 miles of the London office and are expected to work on‑site two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

The Impact You’ll Have

• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for EU markets and the GTM UK team, providing guidance across all of Marqeta’s teams in the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and Poland.
