People Analytics & Insight Manager | 4 month temp role | Circa £500 per day (inside IR35) | Hybrid and flexible working

Altum are supporting a large research charity to recruit an interim People Analytics & Insights Manager to join them until the end of October.

Providing BAU support and reporting to the Head of HR Operations, key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify key insights, metrics, trends and analysis
• Building data sets and dashboards that will measure success of a newly launched 3 year strategy
• Deliver data visualisations that make complex information easy to understand, delivering clear and concise narratives for leadership audiences
• Lead a team of two Analysts acting as point of contact for technical queries, distributing work/tasks, and ensuring a smooth-running function
