Role Overview:

proAV are a leading global audio-visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced People Administrator to join our People team. This role will play a key part in supporting the People Team and Line managers while helping to ensure that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently

The level of experience and seniority will be reflected in a competitive remuneration and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

* Draft offer letters, amendments and contracts of Employment to be issued to Employees

* Maintain accurate, up to date employee records held on Bamboo HR and Employee Files across the full employee lifecycle (e.g. new starters, transfers, absences, salary changes and leavers).
