Job Description:
We are looking for a
Pega UX Designer
with Constellation experience who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of UX initiatives end-to-end, drive design excellence, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will also mentor junior designers and help raise the overall quality of UX practice across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process across multiple projects, ensuring user-centered and high-quality outcomes.
Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate business requirements into clear design solutions.
