As a PEGA BPM developer, your main responsibility is to work with the Tech Lead to design and build the high-profile workflow applications with the quality and speed. You are to adopt the agile mindset and implement the DevOps to enable faster delivery cycles.

You are also to participate in the BPM chapter meeting and contribute to the best practices.

• Participate in the lab discussion to understand and contribute to the business requirements.
