Job Description

  • Salary: £19,748.31 to £20,921.95 per annum (£32,475 to £34,405 full time equivalent) - Solent Mind Crisis Services Band B (includes unsocial hours enhancements)
  • Hours: 22.5 hours per week working evenings on a rota basis 4pm - midnight shifts with weekend/bank holiday working essential
  • Location: Bitterne and Shirley crises centres (Southampton)
  • Interview Date: week commencing Monday 6 July 2026

    Role Details:

    About the role


    You will play a vital part in helping people experiencing or at risk of a mental health crisis, in partnership with our mental health nursing and allied health care professional colleagues from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.


    You will provide safe and appropriate support for users of The Lighthouse. You will also support people to develop and use techniques and skills to support their wellbeing.
