We are seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician for a long-term NICU back-up call assignment in Massachusetts. This role is designed to provide secondary support to the neonatology team, ensuring comprehensive coverage through the end of the year.

• Role: Back-up physician for the NICU MD on call.
• Scope: Specialized support for neonatal intensive care needs and high-risk deliveries as required.
• Format: Call Only.
• EMR: Cerner.

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Pediatrics.
• Life Support: Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) Medical License.
• Experience: Comfort and proficiency in a NICU environment are essential.
