• Full-time, permanent
• Group employed model
• The Department of Psychiatry includes the Division of Inpatient Psychiatry (14 bed acute Inpatient Psychiatry unit, consults to Med-Surg inpatients at several affiliate hospitals, and consults to the Emergency Departments), and the Division of Outpatient Psychiatry (OMH-licensed clinic in Cooperstown NY) with satellites throughout the Network and extensive Telepsychiatry services
• A diverse psychiatric team of MDs, and PMHNPs
• Designated National Health Services Corp Site.
• Responsible for psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Inpatient call no more than 1:5
• Potential for faculty appointment from Columbia
• Interaction with medical students as well as Internal Medicine and Transitional residents
• EPIC EMR
