**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Medical degree - M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent
+ BC/BE in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
+ Eligible or currently licensed for the practice of medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
+ Completion of an accredited residency program
