Job Description
Responsibilities Behavioral CL program development and leadership in collaboration with our current CL psychologist Providing psychological evaluations for children and adolescents admitted for a variety of medical and surgical concerns, including functional disorders and youth with eating disorders or suicidal ideation who are awaiting placement for more intensive psychiatric services Conducting shortβterm interventions for youth admitted to the medical units or awaiting placement in the emergency department Providing consultation to medical and interprofessional teams Providing outpatient psychological evaluation and treatment for youth in an integrated subspecialty medical setting or in a new outpatient behavioral health clinic. Preference for working with gastrointestinal concerns such as functional abdominal pain, inflammatory bowel disease, and rumination disorder (approximately 20% of duties) Teaching medical fellows, residents, and medical students Participation in departme...
