Product Engineering Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop critical relationships with customer engineering and manufacturing team members within the assigned customer base to support overall growth plan.
  • Serve as technical spokesperson to customer materials engineering and paint manufacturing groups.
  • Manage corrective steps to resolve product performance issues.
  • Lead product quality investigations with structured problem-solving and report results through Sales Force.
  • Provide a Voice of Customer to the Axalta Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Manufacturing functions.
  • Lead various product initiatives with assigned customer group.
  • Support new product launches and technology transfers in all regions.
  • Contribute technical expertise in translating product data into effective marketing and sales tools.
  • Make written and oral presentations to customers.
