Job Description

Job Summary

:

The LOTO Coordinator participates in the project’s Lockout Tagout (LOTO) program during Closure Phase 2 - Demolition. This role provides day to day technical leadership on energy isolation planning and execution, ensures compliance with project/corporate procedures, and develops team capability (training, coaching, and competency) so work is performed safely and efficiently. #LI-CL1

Major Responsibilities:

  • LOTO Program Leadership & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs).

  • Isolation Planning & Execution

  • Provide expert input to the Bechtel and subcontractor teams on mechanical, piping, and electrical isolations, test procedures, and work authorizations.

  • Identify isolation boundaries from work scope, develop and issue isolation permits, markup engineering drawings, de energize equipment, depressurize systems, and implement pro...
