Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships
• Oversee billing, aged receivables, and account performance
• Review account reports and take necessary actions
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with producers, managers, and internal teams

New & Renewal Business

• Lead pre-renewal strategy discussions with clients
• Manage renewal presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Negotiate terms, coverage, and premiums with carriers
• Conduct WC Experience Mod analysis and forecasting
• Deliver stewardship reports and ensure service timelines are met

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and guide team members (Associates/Assistants)
