Archway are excited to be working on this rare opportunity to step into a highly visible transformation role within a large and complex central government agency, at a pivotal point in its payroll and HR systems journey.
This 18-month fixed-term role will see you lead the transition from an outsourced payroll model to a fully in-house operation, while playing a key role in a broader HRIS and payroll modernisation programme. The groundwork to go out to market for a new Tier 1 HCM system has been completed, with the tender process commencing shortly. You will have genuine influence over how payroll is delivered in the future, without the requirement for formal people management.
