Payroll System Analyst

Full time, Permanent – Nisku, AB

Michels Canada is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert for the Trimble Construction Payroll Module, you will support the implementation of Workday in partnership with the Global ERP Team. You will work closely with Business Analysts and IT teams to test, integrate, and optimize new applications within our ERP environment. This position is based in Nisku and reports directly to the Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify and communicate workplace hazards and take action to correct unsafe conditions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for testing new product applications within Viewpoint.
• Execute and coordinate payroll testing for new and existing product applications.
